A Fun Day at the Lake

Ethan was excited to spend his first day camping at the lake. He spent most of his time playing with his cousins, showing off his new skill of sitting up, and also getting very dirty - I guess that's what little boys have to do when they go camping!! I have never seen such a tired baby as when we were driving home . . .

Ethan's First Blog

Here is Ethan at 5 months! We are having so much fun with him these days . . . he can sit up by himself for about 15 minutes at a time! He also loves to roll over onto his tummy, giggle and smile, and try new foods. Currently, sweet potatoes, pears, and oatmeal are his favorites!

His first word was "dada" and he said it on Father's Day so daddy was pretty excited! Ethan also loves to stand on the couch (with a little help) and look out the window at the trees and cars going by . . .

Mommy was gone all day today and when she came home she was greeted with enthusiastic belly laughs from E. What a nice way to say, "Welcome home, mama!"
