Macie lucked out because we got a snow day on her birthday this year! On Monday, the whole family was able to stay home to celebrate with our little 2 year old princess.
Ethan was all too eager to help her open her gifts.
Today was my birthday, and I came home from work to find that my mom and Macie had made me a very special cherry cheese cake! It was so yummy.
After we had a little celebration, Macie insisted on wearing a scarf and jean jacket like mommy. She looked like mini-me.
P.S. Although it appears from these photos that Ethan is opposed to wearing shirts, or that we don't purchase clothing for him, rest assured that not the case . . . he just likes to take off his shirt if he gets anything on it - like cake - which is bound to happen at a birthday party!
